Add a Memo Field

Another useful Field is the Memo Field. Memo Fields can hold a lot. In fact, Memo Fields can store 2GB of data. There are two Memo Field Properties worth considering: Text Format and Append Only. By marking the Memo Field Append Only, Users can ADD to the Memo, but they cannot DELETE the previous entries.
