Practice Activities Lesson 11: The Performance Network Try This: Do the following steps 1. Open the Brown Bag Lunch database you have been working on. Or, you may download BBL Adv ver10.accdb 2. Open the database and review the Tables. 3. Use the Database Tools to review the Relationships. 4. Create a Relationship Report. 5. Export the Relationship Report as a PDF File. Save it to your Documents Folder as Relationships for BBL Adv ver11-pdf. Go to the Documents Folder, open the document in Adobe Acrobat. Close this file. Return to Access and Close the Relationship Tools. 6. Save the Relationship Report as rpt BBL Adv ver11 Relationships. 7. Optimize the database by moving the data into a separate database. Use to the command: Database Tools->Move Data->Access. Spit the database and save the Tables in your Documents Folder. The default name is: BBL Adv ver12_be.accdb. 8. Go to the Access Objects and review the Tables. All of the Tables should be linked, now. 9. Close the Brown Bag Lunch database.
