Use the Report: Find
You can
learn a lot about the data in a Report by using the commands on the
Home Ribbon. The following pages will show the Find,
Sort and Filter options.

Try it: Find Data in a Report
The Report
is opened in Layout View.
Select a
Column: Stars.
Go to
Home->Find->Find.
You will
be prompted to enter the criteria.
Find
What: Depp.
Match:
Any Part of Field.
Search:
All.
Click on
Find Next.
What Do
You See? Each time you click Find Next, Access will go to the
next record that matches your criteria.
