A Filter
limits the Report to records that match your criteria. Here is a
different method for selecting the data you want. 7.
Try it: Filter by Selection The Report
is still open in Layout View. All of the
Filters have been cleared. Select the
Year: 2011. Go to
Home->Sort&Filter->Selection. What Do
You See? The Selections include: Equals Does Not
Equal Less Than
or Equal To Greater
Than or Equal To Between... Hmmm, math
stuff. Do not
select a Filter at this time. OK, that's
enough for now. Save
the Report.
