Before You Begin Before You Begin: Open the Sample Database Go to Start -> All Programs ->Microsoft Office. Click on Microsoft Office Access 2010. Access will prompt you to open a database.   This lesson uses the database that was created in the Beginning Guide to Microsoft Access 2010.
