If
everything is programmed correctly but the Subform will not update
automatically, then you need to review the Macro.

Try it: Review the Macro The
MovieSearch Form is open in Design View. The Property Sheet is
available. Select the
Rating Combo. Go to
Property Sheet: Event. There
should be an Embedded Macro on the After Update Event. Try
This, Too: View the Macro Code. Click on
Embedded Macro. Click on
the 3-Dot Builder. What Do
You See? The Rating Combo: AfterUpdate Macro should open.
There is
one Command: Refresh. Does your
Macro look like this one? Click
Close.
