It's
Quitting Time! Let's give the Users a way to quit. Here is a
simple Button that will close your Microsoft Access Database. 5.
Try it: Add an Application Button Open the
Switchboard Form in Design View. Go to
Form Design Tools ->Design->Controls. Choose a
Control: Button.
Click on the Form
Detail.
The Command Button Wizard
will ask you to:
Select a Category:
Application
Select an Action: Quit
Application
Enter the Text: Quit App
Name the Button: QuitApp
Click Finish.
What Do
You See? There should be another Button on the Switchboard Form.
You can format the Control to match the others if you wish.
Save
your programming. Change the View back to Form View. Go ahead, try
the Buttons.
