The Live Performance
A good piece of software needs little or no explanation.
Users should be able to navigate through the assigned task and
complete their work efficiently. That's the plan, anyways.
In reality, you should prepare for your software launch. Before you release your software, you should e-mail the
people who will be using your database. Explain how the new database
works and offer them an opportunity to join you in the new release. You
should give them a method—an e-mail form or a phone number—so they can
contact you if they have any questions.
A little communication goes a long way. You are going to
change how they get their work done.
If you listen to your users when
you develop the database, and listen again when you test the software,
then you will be successful.
