Conditional Formatting

People have a hard time reading numbers. You can use color to show trends or make comparisons, say High, Medium, and Low. Microsoft Excel calls this Conditional Formatting. The color depends on the condition, which you can choose. Let's look at the options.

1. Before You Begin: Clear the Styles

Click on the Table. The Table Tools should be available.

Go to Table Tools->Design.

Go to Table Styles -> Clear.
