PivotTable: Sort & Filter

A long time ago, in the previous lesson, we reviewed the Data Ribbon: Sort, Filter and Group. This lesson will finish up with the same simple options for a PivotTable: Sort & Filter and Group.

Before You Begin: Select the PivotTable. The PivotTable Tools should be available.

1. Try it: Sort & Filter the PivotTable

Select Cell L5.

This is the Subtotal for the Header Row.

Go to PivotTable Tools ->Options.

Go to Sort & Filter.

Click on Sort.
