Try it: Review the Permissions When you
Sign a Workbook it will be marked as Final in the
Permissions. A
Signed Workbook has a Digital Signature. It is an electronic
seal, like a bee wax seal on letters. The bees wax would be
imprinted with the ring of the man who signed and sealed the
document. What Do
You See from the Home Ribbon? A Signed
Document will have a security banner at the top under the Ribbons.
There is a warning that the document has been Marked As Final.
There is also a button to Enable Editing. If anyone
edits the Signed Document, the security banner will warn that the
signature would be invalid and it will be removed. Keep
going...!
