You can use the Alignment tools to Rotate the Text. Here
are the steps.
Try it:
Rotate the Text
Select Cell A1: Our Products.
Go to Home->Alignment.
Click on Angle Counterclockwise.
What Do You See? The options include Angle,
Vertical Text. You can also Rotate the Text Up or Down.
You can try the different options if you wish. Please
undo the rotation and resize the Cell smaller. Keep going....
