Paste Options 2. Try This, Too: Paste the Data Select Cell B2. Go to Home->Paste. What Do You See? Microsoft Excel will paste the cells you copied into B2 through B7. In the example on this page, the Column B is not as wide as Column A.   What Else Do You See? When you paste the copied cells you may notice a small Clipboard in the bottom right corner.
