Format the Picture Borders The Picture Border has several options you can format including weight, style and color.   1. Try it: Format the Picture Border Select the picture, first. Go to Picture Tools->Format. Go to Picture Styles->Picture Border.   2. Preview the Picture Borders The Picture Borders can be formatted with the Theme Colors as well as the Standard Colors.   The Weight and Dashes menus have a short list of formats.
