Formulas ->Defined Names->Name Manager->Filter Name Manager Options A good working spreadsheet may have dozens of Named references.   One of the best tools is the Filter. The Filter lets you choose which Defined Names you would like to see. You can limit the list of Names to the Names in just one worksheet, or view all of the Names in the workbook.   Try It: Filter the Names Go to Formulas->Defined Names. Select Name Manager. Click on Filter.   What Do You See? The options are: Names Scoped to a Worksheet Names Scoped to a Workbook Name with Errors Names without Errors Defined Names Table Names   Please close the Name Manager and save your work.
