In the previous lesson, the focus was on dressing up a spreadsheet with the Page Layout and Print Ribbons. We investigated the options that prepare a spreadsheet for print. However, most spreadsheets never get printed: they are simply opened, read and reviewed.

 

Now, think of a spreadsheet as a webpage: what would you see? The data can be presented visually with little Sparklines. A spreadsheet, like a webpage, can also use color and position to help people navigate through your workbook. And a spreadsheet can hyperlink to additional information or websites. Very good. Start Microsoft Excel.
