Try it: Review the Message Format Go to
Message Format. What Do
You See? The E-mail messages use Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)
for the Themes and formatting. By
default, Outlook will reduce message size by stripping off the
formatting when you are sending a message to a format that cannot
see or use that formatting, say a plain-text phone. What
Else Do You See? The Other category has options for
showing the Paste button, Microsoft InfoPath E-mail Forms, Message
Headers and Conversations. That
should cover all of the Mail Options. Let's look
at the ones for the Calendar.
