3. Try it: Review the Print Options

Go to File ->Print-> Print Options.

 

What Do You See? The Print Dialog window will open. Your printer should be named at the top. Look below the name, the Print style lets you edit the Page Setup and Define Styles.

You can edit the Copies as well:
 

What Else Do You See? The Print Range sets the Start and End dates for your Calendar. The example on this page shows one 5 day work week, that starts with the day that was selected. You can select other dates if you wish.
