the US Postal service and even fax machines. E-mail is quick, portable,
and available anywhere on a computer or even a Smartphone. Microsoft
Outlook does E-mail. It is a rich application that powers most of the
businesses and government offices around the world. Microsoft
Outlook also does Calendars, Contacts, Tasks and Journals. There's a lot
to like, here.

Business E-mail is NOT the same as personal E-mail or social network
chatter.
Business communications, including E-mail, are PUBLIC.
E-mail in a government
or military department is subject to FOIA- the Freedom of
Information Act.
Please be very, very careful about office
communication. Don't E-mail anything you wouldn't state publically in a
