By
default, all messages arrive at the Inbox. And, by default most users
have several thousand messages stuffed in the Inbox: the new ones are
sometimes on top. There is a
better way to handle messages. Microsoft Outlook has two new
groups on the Home Ribbon: Move and Quick Steps. The
Move group has Move and Rules. Quick Steps simplify
E-mail management.
