The
Home Ribbon has an option to Move your messages. It works rather
well.

Try it: Move a Message Select one
of the E-mails in the Inbox. Go to
Home ->Move->Move. Please
select the Sample Messages folder that we just made. What Do
You See? The other folders are: Inbox Deleted
Items (trash) Drafts etc... What
Else Do You See? You can Move a message to another
folder. You can also Copy a message to a folder. Keep
going, please...
