Search the Calendar
Microsoft
Outlook is a database that can be searched for answers.
Each Meeting and Task is a record that can be analyzed in Microsoft
Excel or Access. You can search the Calendar and use that data to
calculate the hours and mileage on a Task.

Try it: Find the Search Box
Go to the
Calendar Folder.
The
Search box is in the upper right corner of the Calendar. Click on the
Search box.
What Do
You See? The Search Box will be outlined
with a bright orange border.
