Try it: Insert a Video from File Select
Slide 4. Go to
Insert ->Media->Video. Click
Video From File... You will
be prompted to browse to your Documents folder and select a video. The
example shown in this lesson is: Polar
Express Owosso, MI.mpg4. You will need the QuickTime player to
do this step. You can use a different video is you wish. Keep
