What Else Do You See? When a user opens your presentation, they
should see a security banner that says: Marked as
Final. At the
top of the window, this presentation is marked Read Only. A
user can choose to Edit Anyway, but they will have to save
the presentation with a new name. If a
document has been edited, it will no longer be Marked as Final. Done and
done.
File ->Info-> Protect Presentation->Mark as Final
