The Review
Ribbon has tools to proof read and prepare your presentation for
publication. This lesson will demonstrate how to review your slide show
with the folks at work and document their comments. The Review Ribbon
includes proofing as well: spelling, research and thesaurus. After everyone has
their say, you can compare the markups and accept or reject the changes.
When all is said and done, there are options for protecting your
presentation with a password and marking it final.
