There are
three proofing tools: Spelling, Research and Thesaurus. Let's look at
the options for the Spell Checker. Before
You Begin: Misspell a Word Got to
Slide 7 in the sample presentation. Change
"know" to "knaw" What Do
You See? There should be a red, wavy line under the word "knaw." 2.
Try it: Use the Spell Checker Go to
Review ->Proofing->Spelling. You will
be prompted that "knaw" is Not in the Dictionary. You can choose to
Ignore, Change, or Add the word to the Dictionary. Please
select "know" then click Close. Keep
