Paste and Paste Options Try This, Too: Paste the Copied Text Click in the bottom Text Box. Go to Home ->Clipboard-> Paste.   What Do You See? The text that you copied was big, bold and green. The text that was pasted kept most of the same formatting.   Better Look Again: The pasted text is smaller than the copied text. The default size for the Title is 44 points. The default size for the Text in the bottom Text Box is 32 points.   What Else Do You See? There should be a little Format Painter next to the pasted text. The options from left to right are: Use Destination Theme Keep Source Formatting Picture Keep Text Only   The first example shows: Use Destination Theme.
