Remove Background

2. Mark the Areas
Microsoft PowerPoint 2010 compares the colors in the image and makes a reasonable guess. The suggested background is displayed in a pink mask. The areas that will be kept are shown in full color.

 

3. Edit the Marks
Look carefully at your picture. In this example, I noticed that some of the areas around the edge of the chair needed to be marked Areas to Keep. Others needed to be marked Remove.

 

4. Keep the Changes
When you click on Keep Changes, you will see your picture without the background. You can change your Marked Areas by clicking again on Remove Background. Your background marks will still be there if you wish to add or remove some areas.
