three more options for adjusting the View: Color, Grayscale
(as if it is a Xerox copy) and Black and White. Before
You Begin: Make both slide shows full screen, please. The Zoom
should be set to Fit on Screen. 6.
Try it: Change the View to Grayscale Select
either presentation. Go to
View ->Color/Grayscale. Select:
Grayscale. What Do
You See? All of the slides will be formatted. PowerPoint
has a Grayscale Ribbon. The Grayscale formatting can be applied to
each picture separately as well. Please
