Draw a Text Box.

 

Try This, Too: Enter the Sample Text

Select the Text Box and type the following:

New fruits

New veggies

New desserts

 

And Try This: Format the Text Box

Select the Text Box.

Go to Drawing Tools->Format->Shape Styles.

Choose a Style: Intense Effect: Dark Red, Accent 1.

 

Go to Drawing Tools->Format->Shape Styles.

Go to Shape Effects->Bevel.

Choose a Bevel Effect: Circle.

 

Go to Drawing Tools->Format->Shape Styles.

Go to Shape Effects->Shadow.

Choose a Shadow Effect: Perspective Below.
