Tab Stop Alignment

By default, the Tab stops are placed every half inch (0.5") when you hit the Tab key on your keyboard.

Each Tab stop is identified by it's position. When you select a Tab stop you can edit the Alignment as well as the Leader lines.

In the screen shot on this page, there are two stops: the first one is a 1" and the second one is at 2". When you click on 1" in the list box that you can edit the Alignment and the Leader if you wish.

Try This: Change the Alignment

Select the first Tab stop.

Go to Alignment and click Center. Click Set.

Memo to Self: When you click Set, it saves your alignment for Tab stop 1. Now, you can edit the alignment for Tab stop 2 if you wish.
