Table Style Options

You can enhance the Table Style by using one, or more, of the Table Style Options. Remember, the goal should be to make the Table easier to read, as well as more colorful.

Before You Begin: Click in the Table. The Table Tools should be available.

Try This: Edit the Table Style Options
Go to Table Tools->Design.

Go to Table Style Options.
Click on First Column.
Click on Header Row, as well.

 

What Do You See? The first row, the Header, is a different color than the other Rows. The first Column is accented with a darker color, too.
