Insert Columns
You can use the
Table Tools to add a column to the left or to the right.
What happens if your Table has Rows with different Cell sizes?
Before You Begin: Place your cursor in Cell A2, the one with
the "M" in this calendar.
Go to Table Tools -> Layout->Layout and
Select the Column.
What Do You See? When you select the first
column the area includes the first Row, which is one merged cell, as
well as the other six Rows.
Try This: Insert a Column
Go to Table Tools -> Layout.
Go to Rows and Columns.
Click on Insert Left.
