Working with Large Documents

Before You Begin: This project uses a sample document. Please download a copy of the sample text here: Sample Windows Deployment Text 2010.

 

This lesson teaches you how to automate text formatting with Styles. The Styles, in turn, can be used to create a Document Map and a Table of Contents.

 

1. Try This: Open the Sample File

Go to File-> Open.

Browse to the Documents folder.

Select: Sample Windows Deployment Text 2010.
