Add Another Combo Box

In order to continue editing, you need to unprotect the document. Go back to Developer->Restrict Editing and Stop Protecting the document so that you can add two more Combo Box Controls.

 

Try it: Make an Application Combo

Place your cursor in Cell A4
Go to Developer->Controls.
Select Combo Box from the Controls

Go to the Properties

Title: Applications

Drop-Down List Properties:

Word

Excel

Outlook

PowerPoint

Access

 

Make a Severity Combo

Title: Severity

Drop-Down List Properties:

Can't Boot

Blue Screen of Death (BSOD)
