Change the Data

The chart in Word is linked to your data in Excel. The technical term for this relationship is: OLE: Object Linking and Embedding. Now, edit the data in Excel and watch what happens. ;-)

 

6. Try This: Edit the Data in Excel

Go to the rainfall spreadsheet in Microsoft Excel.


Select: Cell G2.

Type the number: 10.

Hit the Enter key on your keyboard.
