Creating A Mail Merge

We are open for business! It’s time to send an announcement. Today we’re going to create an Open House flier and automatically customize this flier for each of our clients. This is called a Mail Merge. It is an effective way of advertising and it’s simple to do. When you are ready: Start the Program: Microsoft Word.

 

What do you see? From the top of the screen: is there a blue Title Bar that says Microsoft Word? Yes.

Is there a Home Ribbon with Clipboard, Font and Paragraph Groups? Yes.
