Make a
Match
When you open the Excel spreadsheet and review the labels
in the first row, you may notice that the labels are not spelled the
same as the Mail Merge Fields in the Word document. This is the problem.
5. Try This: Match Fields
Go to the Main Document.
Go to Mailings.
Go to Write and Insert Fields.
Click on Match.
What Do You see? You should see the Merge fields in the document in the left column and the labels
in your Recipient List shown in the right column. You can use the
drop-down lists to choose the right match.
When you finish matching the fields, Click OK. It
should work, now. Done and done.
