Here is one last button for finding the errors before you print your
Mail Merge.
When you run a Mail Merge, you can decide how you would
like to handle the errors. Here are the steps.
Try This: Use AutoCheck
Go to
Mailings.
Go to
Preview Results.
Go to
Auto Check for Errors.
What Do You see? You can select whether you want the Merge
to pause on each error or complete the merge and create a report of all
the errors.
