Before You Begin:
Start Microsoft Word 2010.
You should see a new, blank document.
Try This: Create your own business letter
1. Enter the business name and address:
Charlotte’s Website
555 Main Street
Brighton, MI 48116
2. Insert the date and time.
3. Insert a picture for the logo.
4. Format the text and picture
5. Use the Mail Merge Options
Select Recipients and use and existing list:
Browse to the Friends and Family spreadsheet.
Choose Sheet 1.
6. EXCLUDE the following name from the Mail Merge: Todd Borek
7. Add the following mail merge fields in your greeting
line:
Dear <First Name> <Last Name>.
