Email is an excellent choice for sharing and collaborating. Emails are quick, colorful and paperless.

Try This: Save and Send

Click on File. The new Backstage window will open.

Go to Save and Send.

 

What Do You See?

Send as Attachment adds this flier to the email as a document.

 

Create Link is useful if the file is shared online in a place everyone can access, say a SharePoint portal.

 

Send as PDF converts your document into an Adobe Acrobat format.

 

Send as XPS converts your document into the new Microsoft version of PDF.

 

Send to Internet Fax creates a Fax using an Internet Fax service.

 

File -> Save and Send -> E-mail
