The Computer Mama started working with Microsoft Office a
long time ago in a galaxy far, far away. One the things that improved
with each new version was the picture editing tools.
Early versions of Microsoft Office 97 came with the
Microsoft Photo Editor. It was a simple tool for creating special
effects.
In MS Office XP, the Photo Editor was found on the
Start menu in a folder called Microsoft Office Tools.
You could use the Effects menu in Photo Editor to change
the texture and color of your photos.
