Microsoft Office 2010 offers a Picture Manager which can be found in the Office 2010 Tools.

 

Try it: Use the Picture Manager

Go to Start ->All Programs.

Go to Microsoft Office and find the Microsoft Office 2010 Tools folder. Click on  Picture Manager.

Brightness and Contrast

Color Balance

Cropping

Rotation

Red Eye
