Design Tools->Design->Views. Select a
View: Form View.

Create a NEW Receipt with the Record Selectors at the
bottom of the Form.
Confirm that this is a BLANK Receipt.
Add a customer:
Enter a phone number: 7345551212
TAB to the next Field.
Confirm the name: Mary Contrary
Select two movies:
Titanic 3D The Hunger Games (2012)
