Try it: Review the XPS File When the
Save as XPS is complete, the Report should open in the XPS Viewer,
which is free. The Report formatting and layout are the same as they
looked in Print Preview in Access. What
Else Do You See? When you export to a different format-XPS, PDF,
Word or Excel-Microsoft Access asks if you would like to save these
steps in case this task will be done again. For these
lessons, you can simply Close the window that asks you to
Save Export Steps.
Memo to Self: A Report that was saved as a PDF or XPS file will NOT open in
Microsoft Access, again.
