You can
send an Access Report by E-mail. The E-mail option lets you pick how
you would like the data formatted.

Try it: Send as E-mail The Movies
by Genre Report is in Print Preview. The Print
Preview Ribbon is available. Go to
Print Preview ->Data->E-mail. Send
Object As: You will be prompted to select a output format. The
format options include: Excel
97-Excel 2003 Workbook (*.xls) HTML (*.htm;
*.htlm) Microsoft
Excel 5.0/95 Workbook (*.xls) PDF Format
(*.pdf) Rich Text
Format (*.rtf) Snapshot
Format (*.snp) Text Files
(*.txt) XPS Format
(*.xps) If you
would like to test this option, choose PDF Format and send an e-mail
to yourself. If not,
please click Cancel. Done and done.
