Switchboard Form was programmed to open when the database is
launched. However, the Switchboard Form has been deleted. Please
edit the Access Options.

Try it: Edit the Access Options
Go to
File-Options->Current Database.
Display Form: none.
Click OK.
Done and Done,
Close the FRDATA
database. It is ready.
