Prepare the Forms Database

We just created and reviewed a Data database  that only has Tables. The next step is to prepare the Forms database.

The FRFORMS database has everything the User works with: Forms, Queries, Reports and Macros. The Forms database will be installed on the User's computer so it will run very quickly. The Tables will be deleted and then this database will be LINKED to the FRDATA database.

4. Try it: Open the Forms Database
Go to Start -> All Programs ->Microsoft Office.
Click on Microsoft Office Access 2010.

Access will prompt you to open a database.

Select: FRFORMS.accb. If there is a security banner, please Enable the database.

Try This, Too: Delete the Tables

Go to All Access Objects->Tables.

Delete the Tables.

Better keep going...

All Access Objects->Tables
