Summary We began by reviewing the Properties for both Forms: the Record Source, Default View and Controls. Both Forms have a Rating Control, which is Text.   The Subform was added to the Form as a Control. The Forms were Linked, Master and Child, by a common Field: Rating.   We added an AfterUpdate Event to make the Forms Refresh automatically when a User selects a Rating from the Combo Box.    We used the Properties to troubleshoot the Form as well.   Allez, Allez in Free.
