Select the entire
spreadsheet.
Go to
Data ->
Outline-> Subtotal.
You will be prompted to answer the following
questions for this Subtotal:
At each change in: Sales Rep.
You just sorted by Sales Rep, select Sales Rep for the
Subtotal so it matches.
Use function: Sum.
Add the subtotal to: Amount.
